JACKIE RAY FISH

   Jackie Ray Fish, age 68, of Summer Shade passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at BaptistFloydHospital, New Albany, IN. Born November 27, 1952 in Beech Grove, IN, he was a son of the late Glyn Fish and Reba Geenett Estes Fish, who survives.

   He was a retired sewing machine mechanic and worked as a part time driver for Golden Years. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, musician and farmer.

   Survivors besides his mother, include one daughter, Leslie (David) Sparks, Tompkinsville; one grandson, John Garrett Hammer, Summer Shade; and his companion of 31 years, Shirley Anderson.

   Funeral services will be Monday, August 23, 2021, 2:00 P.M. at McMurtrey Funeral Home, with Lewis Blythe officiating. Burial will follow in the WhiteCemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, August, 22, 2021, 1:00-6:00 P.M. and on Monday, August 23, 2021 after 8:00 A.M. until time of services at 2:00.

   In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the WhiteCemetery.

   Due to Covid-19 numbers rising in our area, the family has requested that all visitors wear a mask.
